We accept return or exchange requests within 3 days of delivery for standard products, provided they are in their original condition, unused, and with all tags intact.

Important: To ensure a valid return or exchange, a product opening (unboxing) video is mandatory. This helps us verify the condition of the item as it was received.

Custom Orders

Please note that custom made-to-order designs are specially crafted for you and are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.
